1. Product grid / List
Once you have made your selection, the search hits are displayed either as a grid or as a list. Here you can see the most important information about the item. You can choose the criterion by which the items are sorted. "Standard" shows an order from Ott + Wyss, which groups the products according to properties. In addition, a listing by "Name" and "Price" is also available.
Finally, by clicking on the product image or the product text, you can obtain further information on a product.
2. Product comparison
To compare products directly with each other, you must first display a product list (via the search criteria or the search mask). Then click on "Compare" to add the desired items to the product comparison list. This is located in the left-hand menu. Clicking on "Compare" opens a new "pop-up window" in which all selected products are clearly listed with their most important properties.
3. Article details
The item details consist of the tabs "Overview", "Description", "Technical data" and "Reference images".
In the "Description" tab, you will find all relevant information about the respective product and the manufacturer.
The "Technical data" tab lists all key comparison parameters and attributes for the selected product, if available.
4. Special attributes
Some products are labelled with a special note.
A distinction is made between the following highlights: bargain, sale, novelty. Bargain: These products are characterised by a reduced price, which may only last for a limited time.
Sale: Displayed when a product has been used as a demo model, exhibition model or test device. These items also have a reduced price. Novelty: New products are labelled as such.
5. Prices
Prices for private customers are inclusive of VAT as standard.
For business customers, net prices are shown excluding VAT as standard.
Recycling fees such as Swico or Suisa are always included.
The prices are subject to ongoing updates and are (only) binding on both parties at the time of ordering, subject to obvious errors.
6. Availability
The availability of products is shown in the shop using a 3-colour traffic light system. Green means available from stock, orange means that only small quantities of the item are still in stock and red means that we do not have the item immediately available from stock, but will be happy to procure it for you again.
If you would like to receive precise information on delivery dates and availability of our products, you are welcome to contact us by telephone during our opening hours. Our sales staff will then provide you with the information you require.
7. Sales / Definitions of terms relating to sales
