Warranty and services

With immediate effect, only SIGMA products introduced by Ott + Wyss AG, SIGMA's general agent for Switzerland, are entitled to take advantage of our extended warranty and services.

You can recognise this by the SSC card enclosed with the product and an additional sticker "Officially imported by SIGMA Switzerland" on the packaging. If you are unsure, we can use the serial number to determine whether the lens has been imported by us.

The black SIGMA SSC warranty card gives you peace of mind

Ott + Wyss AG, as SIGMA general agent for Switzerland, offers you a lifetime service guarantee and services on all SIGMA products with the black SIGMA SSC warranty card. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling.

With this certificate, we guarantee that the SIGMA product you have purchased has been regularly imported into Switzerland and that you are therefore entitled to a warranty. You also receive priority for repairs and service work. This card also entitles you to free cleaning and inspection including electronic updates once a year.

Important: Enclose the SIGMA SSC warranty card with every repair or service order!
